The
Quest
The Quest is a chat RPG run by Retto of
rw-club.org. I'm not including this in the continuity
because Riala is highly OOC through much of it. I think it's
because I don't get time to think over my posts in a fast-paced
chat room... All links are to the Quest transcriptions at rw-club.org.
This should be updated once a week, as the chat RPG is held every
Wednesday night.

Horrible RPing Thread
A roleplay thread copied and pasted from the old Inside The
Web forum (anyone remember those?) dating back to December '98.
It's such horrible roleplaying on my part... I think I'm going to
be sick...
Rapscallion's
Return
A mission written for the Wanderers. The remnant of the
Rapscallions are reported to be in Mossflower.
Wolves
in Mossflower
A mission written for the Wanderers. Wolves have been
reported to be in Mossflower, and Riala goes to investigate.
Invading
Horde
A mission written for the Wanderers. A horde has invaded
Mossflower, and Riala joins the rest of the Wanderers in driving
them away.
Escape
from the Isle
When I was in the Wanderers, there was a writing game between
the Wanderers and Bloodbane's Isle where one person would write
a story about their character capturing a character from the opposing
side, and the captured character would have to write a story where
they escaped, or someone could write a story about their character
freeing a captured character. In this one, Riala escapes from
Bloodbane's Isle after being captured by Kitsune in A
Different Capture.
Taking
of Revenge
Riala finally takes her revenge on Nightdeath Longclaws.

Reason to Live
After killing the Longclaws, Riala's purpose in life is gone...
This was when I first started writing decent angst and when I first
began to think about how hate and vengeance can consume a person.
Many of the thoughts that went into this story become the main theme
of the revised version of Vengeance Quest - indeed, of Riala's entire
character. Obviously this doesn't fit into the current story
of Riala's life, but it's not a bad story for a 7th-grader (which
is when I wrote it, I think, though it could have been 8th
grade... doubtful though). |
